Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how users may cancel orders or request refunds for services/products purchased through our platform.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted within 6 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation is not possible if the product is already shipped or out for delivery.

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) are not eligible for cancellation.


Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective (reported within 6 days).

  • The product differs from what was shown online (reported within 6 days).

  • The seller/manufacturer approves the defect after inspection.

Products under manufacturer warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer.


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4 days.
